Summary: This Little Book May Save Me.
Comment: I bought this Little Penguin book for a Writing class a few semesters ago. But I didn't really use it in the class much. It was sort of a secondary book. I had the brainy idea of becoming an editor for my college Arts & Literature Magazine, and I suck at editing! What was I thinking? I do not know. Sometimes my brain seems to control me. LOL. Actually it always controls me. So anyways, now I'm stuck being an editor. So I pick up this book off my bookshelf. And I read a bit of it. It's pretty darn interesting really. Maybe some day soon I'll learn proper grammar and punctuation. I am improving already. I used to use commas as if I had a truck load, I'd use apostrophes as if the world was running out of em', and I thought colons were nothing but a body part. Now I'm a learnin'. I is gettin' much learned faster then I ever thunk possibly. So buy this book, and get to learnin' and thinkin' real hard. I used to be a knucklehead, now I'm upgraded. Get this book, n' get inteligenter.

Comment: Great book for college. The shipping was fast and it was in great shape. I might be selling all my other books, but this one is a keeper. Plus, i'm amazed at the money i saved.

Comment: I'm an English Major, so I'm always buying books on this. However,I found with book, it's very easy to follow, ans it's set up where it's esy to look something up when you need it right then! It's one of those books that's worth keeping with you, especially when in school or teaching!

Summary: Poor Customer Service
Comment: This book was allegedly sent, but was never received. Either it was lost or misdelivered. I complained to the vendor and the vendor put the burden on me to investigate through the post office. The vendor never bothered to resend the book and take up the case of delivery with the post office. This is an example of poor customer service and business practice.

Comment: I purchased this item as NEW. It was supposed to come with a C/D. It is the only item I have purchased that "buyer feedback" was not available, or a "contact seller" was not available on. Had I not wanted the c/d, I would have saved alot of money getting the used copy.I would have liked to contact the seller on this one but could not.
