Comment: Having suffered minor, but irritating, injuries to my knees and back, I find most aerobic workouts either too easy, or they strain my joints. This workout is perfect for me. It's slow enough that I can concentrate on my movements without pain, and effective enough to make a visable difference. Good job Ms Austin, and thanks a million!

Summary: Absolutely a low-impact work-out with proven results!
Comment: I borrowed this from a friend, did it once, and fell in love. It gives you a full body workout without all the jumping up and down. Each major problem area (abs, thighs, arms, buttocks) receives an intense focus and you REALLY do feel it and see the results. I have finally found it in a store, had them hold it for me until I could pick it up. It is awesome!!!!!!
