Customer Rating: Summary: Lawn Sprinkler Comment: We use this product for both Flowers and Lawn. Our flower Beds consist of three large adjoining circles with a smaller central circle. My husband put a waste basket in the middle (up side down) and put the Sprinkler on the top and adjusted it to water all three circles at the same time. Worked great. Also the timer worked which surprised him. So far we are satisfied with this product.

Customer Rating: Summary: Best sprinkler ever Comment: This is the best sprinkler I've ever owned - the timer and fully adjustable watering area prevent water wastage, give pretty even coverage, and are convenient, well worth the extra money. It covers a large area at one time. I've owned several of them because after a few years the oscillating mechanism wears out or someone runs over the sprinkler with a car.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great sprinkler, but several of mine stick Comment: I have huge gardens, and have purchased multiple sprinklers of this type. I dearly love them, until they begin to stick in one spot. I have had this happen to old ones and new ones, and have no idea what causes it. But it's fairly annoying to come out and find after two hours of sprinkling that one area is drowning, and the rest dry. It can happen any time, so watching it to see if it sticks doesn't help. So sad!! I have begun buying the Nelson metal sprinkler, which isn't quite as nice, but at least keeps going through its cycle, and also has a timer.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Sprinkler! Comment: I have a really, really, really old sprinkler (20 years?) that I've finally retired in favor of this new sprinkler from Gardena. I wish I had bought one sooner! First the positives - this unit really works well, from timed sprinkling, to fan width, even volume and angle controls this unit has everything I could want. I will recommend this to anyone.
OK, the negative. Singular. Only one thing I would tell Gardena to change and that is the base/bottom frame. What were they thinking by making this out of so thin a plastic? The plastic is ok (what isn't these days! and besides no rust!) but why design a part that is clearly flimsy? Even with higher oil costs, the cost of the raw plastic in this base probably costs Gardena about $.18 - $.25. Gardena could easily increase this by double and call it a 'Heavy Duty' model and add another $2.50 to the price. (hint, hint Gardena)
Bottom line, should you own one? Absolutely.
Customer Rating: Summary: Not a long-term sprinkler Comment: This was a great sprinkler for two years, soaking a 60 x 40 area. Then at about 2 years, the rubber nozzles started degrading, decreasing the spray area. (Even though I used their cleaning tool, it didn't help.) Then by 3 years the water started gurgling out from the base of the rubber nozzles at one end, dramatically reducing the water flow through the nozzles. Then it would cover an area about 10 x 15, and would leak the majority of the water directly onto the ground underneath. You can't expect rubber and plastic sprinklers to last very long. This sprinkler was pampered -- never physically damaged and stored in the garage when it wasn't being used. Go with brass instead.

This innovative oscillating sprinkler design can water medium-to-large yards, is fully adjustable, and comes with a built-in timer and flow control mechanisms. While many oscillating sprinklers allow you to adjust the range of the spray, this one also provides adjustments for controlling the width and the water flow. At the highest water pressure (56 psi), the width can be adjusted from 13 to 56 feet and the range from 23 to 69 feet. At low water pressure (28 psi), the width can be set from 11-1/2 to 47-1/2 feet and the range from 19-1/2 to 56.7 feet. The timer allows you to select watering times from 15 to 120 minutes, or it can be bypassed for constant flow. Gardena includes its Quick Connector hose adapter for easy time-saving hose changes and a special needle for keeping spray nozzles clean. The Aquazoom provides all the versatility and design features you could ask for in an oscillating sprinkler.
