Seems to happen only when I eat a small snack. Lab report due any day as to how/if it improves my triglycerides and HDL levels. Customer Rating: Summary: Works great! Comment: I take this product to increase my HDL ("good" cholesterol) and I also HAD high tryiglycerides. I take this pill before bed (just in case there would be side effects, like flushing, I would not be aware of it). My blood work (for cholesterol) is normal and I have no complaints whatsoever.
