Summary: Great for acid reflux sufferers
Comment: My husband uses this product almost daily or when he knows he is going to eat spicy foods. Works great and fast on his heartburn related symptoms. I have also used it a few times after the birth of my first daughter when I experienced heartburn problems. It's safe to take every morning and does work the best when you plan to take it in advance of any acidic foods.

Comment: Pepcid AC works great if you know what foods cause heartburn, anticipate heartburn, and know enough to take the pill before you ingest the evil, say, ice cream with potato chips and pickles. But I'm the kind of person who walks out of the house with my shoes untied. So because of the wait time between when you take the product and when it kicks in, I'd give it only 4 stars.

Summary: Now I get it
Comment: In the movie "Barefoot in the Park" they kept referring to having to take little pink pills. Little did I know I was going to be taking them? For a while I took the Pepcid little pink pills then it was pointed out to me that these "AC" animals work faster. They are right. I checked with my doctor just because I was taking starting to constantly take them and he said there was no cumulative effect. Now I use them on occasion.They have a tolerable taste and are easily transportable.

Comment: I gave this product to my mother, who suffers from heartburn almost daily. She says that Pepcid AC is her favorite product on the market. It gives her quick relief and she can take it anytime, before her heartburn sets in or after it's already started. Knowing that it's helped her, I'd definitely recommend it.
