Summary: Cell at his best, I can't wait for the Cell Games!
Comment: First of all, I'd like to go on record and say that this movie must be the best out of all the PERFECT CELL videos. Although there are only four, this one is the best. I really liked it when Vegeta blows of Cell's arm and then Vegeta starts laughing, but then Cell grows another arm and uses Vegeta for a punching bag. But before Cell could deliver the final blow that would knock Vegeta's lights out permanantly, Trunks steps in. When he transforms it's really cool because his eyes roll back in his skull and all you can see in his eyes is white. And then his muscles, they start to bulk up bigger than Vegeta's. I agree with the first reviewer, Cell does talk a little too much, but you got to admit, so does Trunks. I hardly think this movie deserves a PG-13 rating, more like PG or 7^. Whatever, just not PG-13. But really watch this movie, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Summary: Who can stop the monster now?
Comment: You gotta love this point in the Cell Saga. After Vegeta allows Cell to be complete he mops up the floor with the Saiyan prince. Now Trunks takes on the Perfect android...can even he match strength with Cell now that he is complete. I love the fight between the two and I think Trunks gets a chance to take center stage for only the second time after giving Frieza a SPLIT personality. 4 stars for the action although Cell talks to much!
