Comment: Everything other favorable reviews say is true! These are wonderful pans: the best we've ever had--easy to cook on and to clean. All six frying pans and baking tins we ordered from Amazon are flawless.

Summary: Good Non Stick Pan
Comment: It seems a little small to me. We have another Calphalon nonstick pan from a bigger set and that pan is bigger and has higher sides. The sides on this pan seem to be very shallow, like the picture shows. Otherwise, it's great, just have to watch out of you're putting any liquid in it that it doesn't slosh over the sides.

Comment: Everything being said about this pan is correct. Great for cooking two eggs, two pancakes, at a time. I'm going to order a larger one for the bigger jobs.

Summary: an immediate favorite
Comment: This is the second pan, exactly, of this sort I own and it is the most used pan in my kitchen. The second, as the first had some 'peeling' of the coating and Calphalon replaced it - free. I purchased the new pan during the time the replacement was in transit - I know it will be handy to have two "favorite" pans when I need them.
I heartly recommend this pan - it's very flat bottom and minimum sides make it so very usable -- and Calphalon's guarranty is for real -- no questions replacement (assuming no abuse).

The sides of this 10-inch nonstick griddle are low and slope gently, so your crêpes slide out without falling apart and your pancakes flip easily. No matter what you're cooking, you're guaranteed quick and even heat distribution, easy food release, and simple cleaning, thanks to the pan's three layers: an aluminum core, a hard-anodized exterior, and a reinforced nonstick surface. The aluminum core provides rapid heat conduction, while the hard-anodized exterior increases the griddle's durability. The nonstick surface allows you to cook low-fat meals without using any oil or butter. The griddle includes a collector's edition recipe card. As with all nonstick surfaces, you should not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners with the griddle; doing so could void the lifetime warranty. --Laura Cuthbert
