Summary: Excellent CD for all levels
Comment: The music on this recording is pretty, easy to count, and varying in measure structure. This is the best ballet cd I have ever heard. Liner notes even include which song applies to what type of combination. (i.e. plie, tendu, and battements, etc) Excellent for all levels.

Summary: Great music for ballet class
Comment: I recommend using this CD for teaching ballet class because of it's musicality, great music selections and the emphasis on the correct tempo that is helping students execute steps in the right manner. Both I and my students are very pleased and inspired by this recording - and I highly recommend it to everybody who it not as fortunate to have their own pianist in class.

Summary: I Love This CD!
Comment: I use this CD and all Roudnev's CD's to teach my intermediate and advanced ballet classes. The recordings are of very high quality - a rarity in ballet class recordings. The Russian accompanist from Boston Ballet is wonderful on this volume. I highly recommend it to all ballet teachers.
