If I dont feel like working out for 30 min for the 2mile I can just do 19 min on with the 1 mile tape. The two mile portion really has me sweating and it is a great work out. I dont have the weighted balls she uses on the tape, I just use free weights.

I have been using it often and breaking it up more with walks outside for longer times but not as intense on some good weather days.
It is easy (compared to running) and even a little bit goes a long way. Walk a little bit every other day even and you will start seeing results.

Customer Rating:      Summary: Easy Way to Get Going Comment: I've tried and have other Walk Away the Pounds programs from Sansone, but this remains my favorite. The pacing is good, the use of weights makes the middle section more effective. I use it 1st thing in the morning to get myself moving and start the day about 3 times a week. Which section I use depends on the amount of time I have. I've shared it with friends who need to start working out, but need an easy, effective way to do so.
