Summary: Good ads
Comment: This magazine is all about the ads. There is virtually no journalistic aspect to the magazine. And if there is, it's tainted. For example, the auto reviewer reviews the latest Mercedes-Benz and lo and behold, there's a big ole Mercedes ad on the page. You bet you're getting an impartial review!
The ads are pretty, though.
The second half of the magazine stays pretty much the same issue after issue. There are listings of golf courses, restaurants and things to do. It's a great magazine to buy once before your trip to Palm Springs. It's really not worth a 12-month subscription.
And the last page of each issue is wasted every month by some horoscope that is just terrible. What a waste of ink!
Did I mention the ads are great?!
