Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Outstanding! Bravo! Comment: Carlin-Menswear has only the best sketches of Men's Fashion (which, as we all know, changes at a rapid pace). Stay on top of which tie patterns are soon to be au courant so one mustn't worry about looking too terribly pedestrian on one's anniversary or at weddings. The dress sock and pocket square updates are also vital for any fashionable young gentleman. My favorite article ever would have to be the cuff link special published last month- I can't imagine where I'd be without it. The only fault I can find (and this is what warranted a 4 star review instead of 5) is that the Carlin-Menswear is a trifle expensive. I understand one must "pay tha cost to be tha boss," as it were, but it does become difficult to keep up with the payments. If one is of modest means (i.e. quality control in a paperclip factory like moi - a transitional job I chose to take on during my stay in The States), a second mortgage may be in the cards. But chin up, what! People do indeed notice when one isn't wearing an appropriate tie clip, and Carlin will guarantee one never unknowingly commits such a devastating faux pas. And I dare say I will never understand quite how they see 18 months into the future of menswear, but I suppose that's justification for the price. In accordance with Carlin, I recently purchased leather winter gloves with moleskin lining that I plan on wearing this winter if I am able to make it to a colder climate (Texas rarely requires that one go to such measures). But as my great-uncle Lord Shropshiretonshireson used to always tell me when I was but a tiny lad, it's better to be safe than sorry.
