Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent! Comment: I was not sure I would like every song, but I love every one, except Green Grass of Home. Why did he have to spoil this excellent CD with a song that is on many others. Outside that this CD will get you non stop dancing. If you are a Tom Jones fan, this will not disappoint. If you are not a Tom Jones fan and want to give it a try, get this CD.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fun, fun, fun Comment: I'm old enough to know the words to most of his older hits, but I learned them through osmosis rather than being a rabid fan. I saw him in concert about five years ago and was blown away by his covers of Prince, Stevie Wonder and Aerosmith, not to mention his general stage presence and massive coolness. I bought this CD yesterday and so far four people--two of them college students--who heard this at my home said they're going to buy it. My teenage daughter took it with her to a sleepover tonight. She couldn't believe a 68-year old dude could sing something as "gangsta" (her words, not mine) as "Tom Jones International." This CD is a lot of fun--it has most of his older hits as well as some incredible covers. Truly something for everyone, at just about every age range.
Customer Rating: Summary: REALLY GREAT! Comment: I've been looking for this CD in store and couldn't find it anywhere. This is not the old Tom Jones. It's great. I listen to it when working out.
Customer Rating: Summary: Review of Tom Jones CD Comment: The CD arrived at the expected time and was sent in a mailer with no damage to the CD. It plays well.
Customer Rating: Summary: Reloaded - A Excellent Album Comment: Having recently seen a live concert, "Reloaded" brought back great memories of Tom Jones. The album gives you a wide variety of his musical styles. Some of the new music did not appeal to me but that does not make it bad. This is excellent album for those of us who appreciate his music.

Tom Jones all but invented saucy power pop back before the sixties even started to swing when his second single "It's Not Unusual" rocketed up the UK charts in 1965. After that initial triumph the singer never looked back, tying his hair back with a thin black ribbon and putting some rather expressive body English into his stage moves, which assured that the stage floor would be routinely pelted with various undergarments pitched by enthusiastic fans. Almost four decades later both Jones and his audience are no less fervent as Wales' second-most famous export runs through his extensive and varied songbook, still imbuing his old chestnuts like "What's New Pussycat?" and "Delilah" with a sense of naughty fun and irony. But Jones is at his best while giving the latest generation of rockers a run for their money, as he pairs up with the likes of Wyclef Jean, the Sterophonics, Art of Noise, the Cardigans, and Mousse T; as he overhauls staid tired standards like "Mama Told Me (Not To Come)" or "Baby It's Cold Outside" with his arch humor and gutsy delivery. Prince's "Kiss" crackles with an inner light that even the great Minneapolis savant didn’t intend, while his duet with Portishead is as cold and disturbing as a grave. A must have album. --Jaan Uhelszki
