Comment: this is the greatest! it is not just hot, but has a flavorful hot. i put it on everything, especially sandwiches. it has replaced my hot sauce on my nachos. also great on pizza. so glad i came across this product.

Summary: Great Harissa - Awesome WIth Couscous
Comment: This is a great harissa product. I use this at the Big Water Grille to flavor our couscous. I also use it in sauces like a harissa cream that I made the other day that was served with a smoked duck lasagna that we were running as a special. This spice is so much fun to work with, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Comment: Mustapha is the Man when it comes to Harissa. This product is delicious. It has the right amount of heat but is also highly flavorful. Great for couscous, kefteh kabobs, and other North African and Middle Eastern dishes, but we also love it on less traditional fare. Try it on beef or lamb burgers cooked on the grill. Enjoy.

Comment: I just bought this at Sur La Table. I love all spicy sauces and I had heard of harissa but never tried it. I don't have anything to compare it to, so I'll just rate it on it's own merits. Mustapha's Harissa is flavorful, fresh-tasting, and packs a bite. It's a great condiment for soups, egg dishes and meats. So far. I'm sure I'll be trying it with more kinds of foods in the coming days. Chili-heads - heads-up on this new spicy find.

Comment: This is a great harissa!!! Very flavorful. I developed my love of harissa in France and this rivals any I've tried. This is much better than the tube variety. It's perfect!
