I'm glad to see it here too. I love it on grilled chicken. My favorite use is to sprinkle it and a little olive oil on my fresh green salad and "bam" you're done. No heavy, unhealthy dressing just flavor. My kids love it on fruit and steamed veggies. Definitely a must in the kitchen. (or my purse) Customer Rating: Summary: Great for talapia. Comment: This stuff is great for seasoning fish. My wife and I use Tajin for frying fish and also oven or pan prepared with butter. I first came across this seasoning by accident and it hooked me the first time I used it. My mouth is watering just thinking about Tajin. This fruit seasoning is quite addictive, you'll want to start putting it on everything, but I personally think that it tastes best on over-ripe melon of any type.
