Customer Rating: Summary: Crock it baby!! Comment: Dude!! Buy the big pack of chicken thighs, rub them down with Walkerswood, put them in a crock pot, dump the rest of the jar on top. Go to work, come home, and Holy Moses!! This stuff is awesome! Nothing better.
Customer Rating: Summary: Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Comment: I love this stuff. My husband is from the islands , and he loves this , however a do add a little more spices , liquor to spice it up. Just add a little wishky and olive oil.. YUMMY
Customer Rating: Summary: Jerk Chicken perfection. Comment: I used to buy Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning at Bev Mo, but they stopped carrying it. In fact I can't find it in any grocery store in San Francisco any longer. Why is this? This jerk seasoning is FANTASTIC!!!
It's got good heat and does not need anything added. I put rub 2 or 3 tablespoons of it all over a whole chicken and then roast it in my Showtime rotisserie and it is excellent. The chicken skin even gets somewhat crispy despite the wetness of the seasoning. This stuff is outstanding.
Customer Rating: Summary: The Best Comment: Have used for many, many years. Have tried other jerks and this is by far the best! You will not go wrong buying this item.
Enjoy!
Customer Rating: Summary: I'm so happy Comment: I saw this product on the Food Network. I went on a cruise about 2-3 weeks later and ended up sharing a dinner table with an older couple from Jamaica. We discussed jerk seasonings and they mentioned this product since they now live in Jersey. I decided to purchase once I returned home.
I ordered on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and to my surprise I received on Thursday. I have since made 2 dishes and I am so happy. I feel like I can enjoy the Caribbean whenever I want in my own kitchen.
My next order I'm getting multiple bottles.

Jerking is a traditional style of barbecuing. This paste, when rubbed sparingly into meat should be left overnight for best results, then grilled or roasted slowly. Adjust to your taste...if you like it mild, or HOT! HOT! HOT!
