Summary: A gamers opinion - Hands
Comment: being a high octane gamer, i sweat a lot. and its not just me. almost everyone i know that plays games a lot sweats during game playing. so looking on the internet trying to figure out how i could become more healthy and stop filling myself with bad chemicals, i found this. I know anti antiperspirants are very bad for your body (yellow stains, very smelly, breast cancer, and others) so i wanted something new. Well i did something very daring by dropping my clinical strength degree for this. it does exactly what its supposed to do. BUT! do not think this will make you not sweat. in fact i sweat A TON now during gaming. so much that i wear different shirts while i game now. but it does work otherwise. its weird. i used to sweat with my degree while not playing games but with this i dont sweat at all while not playing games. just during games. im super happy with the purchase. my pits dont smell at all (unless im sweating for 6-12 hours straight during game time). what i recommend doing is put it on after your shower, then a few hours later VERY lightly wet the stone and re apply. it works just as well as certain dri doing that. i bought one for my mom, sister, and i. we are all happy with it.
Note- ive noticed that using this instead of my degree has lightened my acne on my back. i was very surprised at this. I wonder if antiperspirants make your sweat leave the body in the form of pimples on your back? think about it. your sweat has to get out somehow.

Summary: Fantastic product that really works!
Comment: I was hesitant about trying this product since I wasn't sure how effective it would be. In fact, I had moved to using Certain Dri about a year ago since that was the only product that seemed to control my underarm wetness. I've been worried about the excessive aluminum in that product, though, so I thought I would give the Thai Crystal a try.
I've been using the crystal for over a month now, and I have to say that it is an amazing product! It really works, and I am so impressed with how it controls wetness just as well as the stronger, aluminum-based products.
A little also goes a long way, so I can tell that this stick will last awhile. I definitely recommend it!

Summary: it works!
Comment: In an effort to switch to more natural products with minimal ingredients, I have tried all four of the aluminum-free deodorants for both men and women at the local super Wal-Mart. Half of the products were a waste of money and the other half only made a difference for only a few hours. I noticed half of them were later discontinued as well.
So, I tried the more expensive(but more reliable) Whole Foods. I was tempted to purchase Tom's deodorant since I love Tom's toothpaste, but this Thai salt crystal stick was boasting over 10 million in sales. They certainly wouldn't be advertising that statement if it weren't true, so I bought it, and low and behold, the damn thing works!
Not only does it work all day for me (I regularly partake in vigorous activities), it continues to work through the night and even into the next day. It even works on your feet!
Highly recommended for those who stand on their feet all day long and for those who, like me, just stink. :)

Summary: Ouch!
Comment: I purchased this Deodorant Stones of America ("DSA") product in early January 2007 in an attempt to get away from the chemicals found in more mainstream deodorants/antiperspirants. It doesn't advertise itself as the latter and I concur with that description. In my experience, it does perform admirably as a deodorant. However, two and a half months after purchase, I developed rashes under both arms and have had to stop using the product. I had to return to the mainstream products and the rashes went away in two weeks. I am a senior citizen and have never had an allergy in my life so my reaction came as a surprise and a disappointment. I e-mailed DSA and explained the situation and asked for their allergic reaction experiences (the product is described as hypoallergenic) but they haven't responded during the intervening week.

Summary: Can't believe this hippy stuff works - but it does
Comment: I started researching deodorants due to my shirts getting stained. Then I found out about the aluminum in deodorant/antiperspirants and the health problems it is associated with. I tried Thai Deodorant Crystal, fully expecting it not to work. It works like a charm, no smell and I don't break out (a common occurence with deodorant/antiperspirant). I do not hesitate to recommend this product.
