Comment: biotin is great for hair and cell growth. i have been taking biotin for a month now and i can see the difference.but i already have thick hair
i just wanted it to grow faster.yes it does work for me.so try this product if you want longer thicker hair.now it doesn't happen overnight. you have to pump your body with it for a month or two to see it working.

Comment: I have been taking the Biotin 5000 mcg for a little over a month now and am beginning to see amazing results. I have always had extremely brittle nails and I started to take this in combination with high doses of Vitamin D and Calcium and my nails have greatly improved. This stuff definitely works but it takes several weeks before you start seeing results.

Comment: I recently purchased the Biotin 5000mcg vcaps. The mailing was prompt and the quality of the Biotin is genuine! (I had a lab geek friend of mine evaluate the potency and quality) This product delivers! My skin or complexion has improved; my nails have grown stronger with little brittleness as I had before; lastly, I have notice improvement of the condition of my hair... I would highly recomend this product and will be reordering as needded! I take two vcaps a day and this seems to be the best dosage for my noticable improvements... a must buy and try for sure! Give the product a couple of weeks and you should see a difference in your hair, nails and complexion!
