Comment: By far the best tuna available. Contains no soy product. Check the other brands. They all use soy additives. This one is tuna. Personally, I don't care about soy, but my cat won't touch it. And she said to tell you the pouches are better, no taste from the can. BTW: Polar tuna makes the best tuna sandwich ever. Lay on bed of fresh greens, add bleu cheese crumbles and vinegarette dressing for heavenly salad.
