Comment: I use these with creams & lotions I have on hand. My chapped knuckles are no more. I live in a dry climate-Alaska-so I am very happy to have these.
Also gave as gift & recipient was equally delighted.

Comment: I admit: slathering on hand cream and putting on a pair of gloves is my Sunday morning indulgence. Usually, plain cotton gloves have done the job just fine. The first time I tried these,though, I noticed the difference immediately. The fabric seals in moisture and you get the pleasant sensation of your hands being lightly massaged.
When I took off the gloves, my hands looked and felt incredibly soft and supple. If you have very dry hands, these would be great if you wore them overnight.
They're very cheap too. A really worthwhile investment and highly recommended.

Summary: Great for dry skin, feels really good when warmed in the microwave
Comment: If you have dry skin on your hands these gloves are very nice. I place mine in the microwave for 15 seconds while I apply moisturizer to my hands. Slide the gloves onto your hands as soon as the microwave is finished. In 15 minutes you have a quick, but effective moisturizing treatment. If your hands are really dry you could do the same thing but leave them on overnight. I found the overnight option to be a little warm on my hands. But, it might work fine for you.
These socks are 94% cotton and 6% Spandex. They can be machine washed and tumbled dried. I have not found it necessary launder them each time I use them. I use a light moisturizer (Cetaphil), so you might have a different experience if you use a heavier product to moisturize.
I would highly recommend this product.

Usage: Apply our Smoothing Hand Therapy Treatment or Hand and Nail Cream to hands, then put gloves on for 15-30 minutes depending on level of moisturization needed. 2-3 times a week or as needed for softer hands.
