I have listened to it a few times and am not tired of it - will probably be able to listen to it for a long time to come. The other CD is just soothing new-age type music. It is ok but not my favorite thing to listen to. It is very settling and calming - meditative in nature. It is not unpleasant but, to me, a bit boring. Deepak takes you where you need to go to find your real self, which begins your journey through meditation. For me, Deepak Chopra, has helped me learn to meditate. One music CD that is great for relaxing, massage or using as background for your own meditations. I use it occasionally in my weekly meditation group that I lead. Second CD is awesome. Dr. Chopra leads you through the 7 main Chakras, explains what they correlate to and guides your meditation to actually balance any / all of them. I see beautiful energies of colored lights while meditating to it. I always picture myself at the beach with quiet meditations so adding this music is perfect because it's mellow with waves rolling in and birds chirping.
