Summary: Not working after 6 months.
Comment: I purchased this iron after doing some research. It had good reviews and it did work well, but after about 6 months, it just stopped working. It lights up and looks like it is going to work, but it won't heat up. Unfortunately I lost the receipt, so there is nothing I can do but just eat the cost and buy another iron.

Summary: Good product but first one shipped was faulty
Comment: I'm happy with this product except for a few minor issues: 1) The first iron received was defective. Several segments of the LCD display did not work. This makes me wonder about quality and reliability. 2) There is no "cord storage solution." Other manufacturers have come up with ways to make storing the cord easier -- but not Black & Decker. 3) The iron is rather lightweight. In some cases, you have to push down on it instead of letting the weight of the iron do the work.

Comment: I iron a lot and have purchased many irons in the past five years - most of them were top-of-the-line and top-of-the-price. I saw this one listed in a magazine as a good one. It heats extremely quickly, has nice even steaming, and nice to handle. I've only had it 30 days. We'll see if it holds up! So far, a really nice iron.
