Hey, I have fought IBS for 20 years; I'm going to give it time to work before I write it off. And to my complete surprise, it did. No more pain, cramping, & paranoid need to know where the closest bathroom will be (if I did dare to go somewhere without taking a dose of Immodium ahead of time.) It is not a cure; it is a CONTROL.
