Summary: Great season, and the packaging isn't that bad.
Comment: First of all, the content. The episodes are great and hilarious, maybe the best season ever. The commentary is insightful and the extra features are a good watch.
Next the packaging. I actually think it's pretty cool. It is nicely set up with where the discs and manuals are. I also enjoy the novelty of Homer's head. The only thing is that it doesn't really line up on shelves, but it does sideways.
Overall, this season is a great purchase for $30.

Summary: What about defective discs?
Comment: I have bought all the seasons over a period of a couple of years. I have discovered that Season Six, Disc Three is defective--it is simply not recognized by my machine. Do I have any recourse??? I think I bought it at Amazon, but frankly, I have no idea. I've bought some seasons in stores, some on Amazon. Somewhere at Fox there must be stacks of loose DVDs--wouldn't it be reasonable that you could send in a defective DVD for a replacement???

Comment: Whoever designed this package should be fired... It is the worst design DVD case/package I've ever seen ... ever - and I have a lot of DVDs. Anyway, the DVDs played fine despite the packaging. Definitely get the box design package instead of the head package...
