Summary: Excellent replinisher!
Comment: We use Emergen-C in place of the gatorade-type products. It replenishes your electrolytes and doesn't contain all of the sugars in those other products. One of the best attributes is that you can take the packet with you hiking, exercising, etc. and mix it when you need it in a bottle of water. It is also great for colds as it gives your immune system a boost. For those really hot days of activity we have even mixed it with some water and gatorade. It has a good flavor and tastes great in water alone.
