Comment: This is good stuff for athletes. The vitamins and antioxidants help with your recovery and immunity. The glucosamine helps to strengthen your knees and prevent injuries. The product that I bought came in the same blue box that you find at Trader Joe's. Shop around, sometimes Amazon has a good price on this item; sometimes not.

Comment: I've been using this for years now. I work out regularly and use this to replenish my vitamins and minerals. It's also a good way to keep the immune system active and the extra glucosamine and chondroitin is an added benefit. Very happy.
