Comment: I have extremely curly hair and most the time I don't want to deal with the hassle of straightening it but I thought this would make it a lot easier. I purchased the product in February and have used it maybe 4 or 5 times and the other day with half of my hair straightened it died. Just completely stopped working. I've tried everything-changing outlets, pressing the restart button. WIth the amount that I spent on this product my beautician could've blown dried my hair all 4 times. I am highly disappointed....
