Customer Rating: Summary: BRINGS BACK MEMORIES Comment: This movie was a favorite when I first saw it and I still love it. What's not to like about Jimmy Stewart and Maureen O'Hara. You have to love Mr. Hobbs' attitude towards kids being seen but not heard. Guess it's not politically correct today, but makes for a very funny movie with old-fashioned values. AND Fabian is in this movie! Remember him--I recently saw him in person and he looks just the same now as then--really.
Sit back and enjoy reveling in the past!
Customer Rating: Summary: Love It! Comment: I love the classic movies. This is very entertaining; really shows Jimmy Stewart's talent.
Customer Rating: Summary: Gotta love Jimmy Stewart Comment: This movie is a beloved memory from decades ago. Classic Jimmy Stewart and typical for movies of its time. No deep meaning, no social commentary, just a light-hearted look at how life used to be.
Customer Rating: Summary: Mr. Hobbs takes a Vacation Comment: Jimmy Stewart and Maureen O"Hara , push the envelope as parents in this typical 60,s era film. It has it funny moments but not there best work.
Customer Rating: Summary: sure, times change, but nothing's different Comment: here we are in the 2000's, watching a movie about a middle American family from the 60's taking a vacation to the Pacific coast, his teen age kids his older daughters,a grandchild, the sons in laws, and all the emotions that go along with getting away with the family that you've gotten away from over the years.

When James Stewart decides to take his family on vacation in California, he needs another vacation to recover. Co-stars Fabian.
