Comment: There are many important items, that you, in your life, never know. One of this is EDTA. I have read the general information and realized that this meditacion should be reached for all people over 50, since we all have the same problem in time: Arteriosclerosis. The "Principle" is very simple: EDTA sequesters or chelates (eat) minerals and by preference: Calcium and Magnession, so that's it: you get EDTA in your blood stream and you will loose calcium & Magnessium deposits!

This is supposed to be a health improvement product. Taken it for 4 months- who knows- price of product along with health advice means I will continue. Hope it acts like a "silver bullet" and will make my good health continue @ age 66+.

Comment: I had a heart attack at 32, at 40 I had 7 stents placed, 1 year ago I began chelation therepy using wonderlabs EDTA. The medical community puts little faith in anything they dont get from the drug companies. I am not a scientist or doctor. But I do know that all my tests over this past year have been excellent, stress tests, ultrasounds all looking good. Blood pressure and cholesterol down...I will keep using it. Its cheap, it makes me feel pro-active, and I have had no bad side effects whatsoever.

Comment: Wonder is a large manufacturer of these type products known for quality control. This supplier shipped fast and in excellent condition. I highly recommend.

Summary: Side effects of EDTA
Comment: I had serious side effects with this product including gas, abdominal pain and intestinal bleeding. I took it for about three weeks, could not see any of the touted benefits and the above listed side effects kept getting worse. I finally decided that the EDTA may be the casue and discontinued use. Withing 36 hours all symptoms were gone including what had become fairly heavy intestinal bleeding.

There are several forms of EDTA on the market. Our EDTA is an amino acid, EDTA disodium chelate.
This form of EDTA is one of the best absorbed forms of EDTA.
It is acid resistant and passes through the stomach (without being absorbed) into the small intestine where it is absorbed into the blood stream.
Our EDTA is not the Magnesium form used in agriculture.
