And to maintain your razor's cutting performance, replace your out foil at least once a year and the inner blade once every two years.

Also, if you want a quick, easy clean for your razor, the Vortex offers a Turbo Cleaning Mode. Press and hold the on/off button to shift from 13,000 RPMs to an impressive 17,000 RPMs. Then simply rinse the shaver under water. The super-fast spinning blades will rush water through the razor, cleaning out hair, dust, and other debris. You cannot actually shave in Turbo Cleaning Mode because the blades are moving too fast to cut any hair, but it cleans the shaver in no time flat.
Wet or dry, the Vortex delivers a clean, smooth shave with the power to cut through even the nastiest of beards. This razor is fully immersible in water for a great shave in or out of the shower. With Panasonic's wet-or-dry technology, you can shave wet with lather or dry for a quick trim.
