Comment: I've price-compared test strips for diabetics in drugstores locally where I live, and could not believe the outrageous prices! I'm glad Amazon.com carries supplies for diabetics for affordable prices. I ordered them in packs so they will last me a little while longer. Summary: HOW ACCURATE ARE THEY
Comment: This is an "industrial" standard for gloucose testing. However, I have
a problem correlating the readings with the laboratory results - making
the readings almost useless as absolute reading (it still serve useful
purpose such as comparison of a change in you diet, treatment, etc).
Even by using Control Solution to calibrate the strips and meters, the
accuracy is no better than plus or minus 17 mgdl.
