For anyone being billed in error, please email me directly at [...] and we'll give the matter immediate attention.
KIDS DISCOVER is an award-winning publication with over 300,000 subscribers nationwide. It is certainly not our intention to bill or send collection letters to people who haven't ordered or have already paid. Despite our best efforts, occasional processing errors may occur.
For anyone who has been billed in error, please accept our apologies. For all those who commented on the wonderful learning experience that our publication provides--I thank you on behalf of our editors, writers and designers. Customer Rating: Summary: Our favorite kids magazine! Comment: We have been getting this magazine for over 3 years and absolutely love it! Our kids are 10, 8, & 6 and it's very age appropriate for them. The 6 year old is just starting to read but loves all the wonderful pictures. The kids can't wait to see what the topic will be each month. They learn so much from this magazine and quite honestly their father and I do too!
This is a very high quality magazine I would recommend for all children.
Customer Rating: Summary: Ok magazine, bad customer service Comment: The magazine is very thin, it is pretty factual, no interesting comments for kids. I would rather order National Geography for Kids. Much better!
First couple issues were missing, customer service won't send reimbursement issues unless another year is renewed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Beautiful and educational magazine Comment: Mi children love this magazine and it has helped them learn a lot about various topics. It is clearly written and the illustrations are great. Another plus is that it has no advertising. We especially enjoyed the one about nutrition and bugs.
Customer Rating: Summary: In Subscription Year #13 Comment: Our family loves this magazine! I highly recommend this magazine.
It is not cheap, but every page is color glossy. That is an asset which justifies the expense. We are a homeschooling family and have used the issues in unit studies and just for enjoyable reading.
They didn't repeat any issues until 2007 which surprised me, however, they did tack on a free year to my subscription. We were able to bless other families with our duplicate issues.
The company has been friendly when I've called them. Once was about past issues and the other was about a missing issue. I received both items quickly. I gave this subscription to my nephew and he had no problems. I was late in renewing two different years and called to make them retroactive a month later. No problems at all.
We like them well enough that we have A-Z file dividers in the filing cabinet and our years of issues are filed. We have loaned out issues to various friends/family.
My only complaints are:
*Occasional evolutionary content, although it has been used to educate our sons.
*I can't get the past issues from the early 90's.

Dedicated to helping children aged 6 to 12 become lifelong learners, each issue investigates a single high-interest topic in science or social studies. The combination of dramatic color photography, high-impact illustrations, and informative kid-friendly text engages readers with compelling content.
