Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Easy way to get Omega 3! Comment: No fishy burps! It is awesome. My eye dr recommened I take Omega 3's for keeping my eyes well lubricated. I had lasik surgery and they tell all patients to take a supplement. This has worked wonderfully. I will keep taking for the rest of my life. Customer Rating: Summary: Love the one-per-day aspect Comment: I don't necessarily mind the traditional gelatin caps you can find in any drugstore -- a fish burp here and there isn't going to ruin my day. So the fact that these softgels really do eliminate that minor inconvenience with their enteric coating is a bonus, but not really a selling point. Also, I think the vanilla scent is unnecessary. However, what I really like about these is that they contain 1200 mg per softgel, meaning a regular daily dose is only one, as opposed to, say, three or four. The fewer pills I have to take a day, the better. And since I have psoriatic arthritis, my recommended dose is far in excess of that for people without rheumatological issues: three to four of THESE is FAR preferable to, say, 12 of the traditional capsules!
