Summary: Great for you and the environment!
Comment: ever since I read about cotton being made from the parts of the cotton plant too high in pesticides and chemicals to be feed to cattle, I use only organic cotton for personal items. These items are easy to use, easy to conceal, discreet and effective. I shared them with several friends who didn't know they weren't conventional and never noticed a difference in performance.

Summary: Great product
Comment: Well, if you're looking at this item, then you're already interested in it's non-toxic, non-chemical properties that Amazon describes. Other things to note: since it's all natural and organic, it's a great product if conventional items give you allergies. I personally don't mind that there's no applicator, but when there's more flow it's easier to get it because it lubricates it (sorry if you think that's gross, but it's true). One thing that it does that I don't think conventional tampons do (although I've only used conventional ones a couple times a few years ago so maybe I'm remembering wrong): the tampon expands to 2-3 times it's dry size after it soaks up a liquid.
