Customer Rating: Summary: Good Ab Wheel, did not like the handle Comment: I like this ab wheel. But there is one thing that i do not like is the handle grip. I have pain in the palm for 10-15 mins after using the ab wheel for 10-12 reps. I hoped the grips were more smoother (something like neoprene dumbbells). Anybody who tells you that this will get you ripped it exaggerating. Anyone who tells you it's worthless is wrong.
But it does have an amazing middle ground, and for under ten bucks should definitely be in your home gym. A few minutes with this every day and you will see results, and a proper session on the Ab Wheel will make you feel a good burn.
