Comment: I can tell you first off... I am a real person who used this every day.
I have been overweight my whole life, and I have tried EVERY product out there including ephedra (when it was legally sold)from Alli to Xenadrine. ALL of them. I tried Hydroxycut but didnt see much change. About 3 months ago I started back on a regular count calories diet... But this time I did take the HARDCORE every day. I like this product because it's flexible and doesnt make you feel like your moving 100 miles per hour. And more to the point I have lost 50lbs. so far and plan to continue using it until I reach my goal weight.

Comment: People looking for the "Magic Bullet" or the "Magic Diet Pill" will never find it. Not even in the extremely-effective Hydroxycut Hardcore!
The simple fact is that the only way to get thin and fit is through diet and exercise. But let's face it, sometimes we need a bit of a boost to get our fat, lazy butts off the couch, right? THIS gives you that boost!
All the "Jitters" That people seem to report are not JITTERS! that's called ENERGY people. Something you had long before your diet became ripe with transfats at other metabolism-lowering foreign substances. Remember being a kid and having a week's worth of energy every day? That's what Hydroxycut Hardcore does for you. It gives you the energy boost to get up off the couch, exercise and get fit!
But you still have to do your part!
I'm disabled. I have spina bifida. So my ability to exercise intensely is, frankly, very limited. I physically can't exercise intensely enough to actually do my body any good. Hydroxycut hardcore helps with that. It gives me energy to do 5 or 10 more situps, 10 or 20 more pushups, 10 or 15 more crunches, etc etc etc. That, plus a powerful fat burner have done wonders for how my clothes are fitting. I have shrunk around the belly incredibly! In just about two weeks I have taken my belt in two notches. And They're starting to fit loose again, so I'm probably going to get a third one here within a week or so!
This stuff is not a miracle cure, but it strongly supports what you do during the day. If you eat right and exercise, Hydroxycut Hardcore will do the rest, but you have to start the ball rolling. It doesn't mean you have to stick to strictly salads and apples all day. I ate a candy bar with dinner last night. But I don't have the guilt because I know I've got the energy to work it off.
Stick to what it tells you though. Do not take more than the recommended dosage. More will not do you any good. In fact it could do more harm than good.
But for those out there with ability to read and follow instructions with good, clear, common sense, this product can work wonders for you!

Summary: So Far So Good??
Comment: I am giving this product 5 stars, but only FOR NOW BECAUSE: Today is my 1st day trying it. I began with 3 in the morning, have yet to take 3 later on. I took only 2, felt nothing, so added in one more. I have experienced absolutely NO side effects, and I took it over 2 hours ago. I feel zero rush of energy, zero anything really. However, I must tell you all that I have an EXCELLENT tolerance to caffeine, so maybe this is why I feel nothing out of the ordinary. I already did 30 minutes of my cardio, will do 30-60 minutes more with the next 3 pills in a few hours. I am also on a healthy, fitness model-type diet I found on the internet. the man at GNC said with a good diet and decent amount of cardio each day, this product should work for me. I will post new message in a week to let interested buyers know how I am doing.

Summary: A pretty gnarly diet supplement.
Comment: Over the past month I'd say I've had fairly good results with Hydroxycut Hardcore. I've dropped a few pounds, and taken about an inch off my waist when combined with exercise and weight lifting. The pills give you gratuitous amounts of energy, which is great in the gym and helpful in sports (I've played the best games of baseball and basketball in my life while taking it.) One aspect of the pill that I was pleased with was the ability to curb my appetite. When taken 30 minutes to an hour before a meal, you definitely aren't as hungry, which helps a lot when dieting. I also felt more willing and pumped to go to the gym and work out, although I don't know if this can be attributed to HH or me personally.
The side effects. Most are mild, but are noticeable especially when taking the higher dosages once you get into the routine.
1. You will poop and pass gas more.
2. You may also sweat more, especially if you drink more water while taking it.
3. You may have difficulty sleeping if you take the higher dosages within about 5-6 hours of when you go to bed.
4. If you're already a high-energy person, you'll probably feel a little jittery, but overall it's not too bad.
The bottom line is that HH is not a miracle pill, so you can't expect to just pop a few and sit around on Facebook all day waiting to get buff. It will, however, make your workouts much more effective and curb your appetite significantly. Personally, I found it a great way to jumpstart my diet / fitness goals, and I think since starting, I've been leading a healthier, more active lifestyle because I've been stoked to get in better shape. One recommendation I would make, though, is to cut out almost all of your caffeine intake when on Hydroxycut, because I once made the mistake of drinking a Monster before playing a live show and I was off the walls bonkers for literally hours, even after the set was long over. All in all, I'd recommend the product.

Summary: Not worth it for the bad side effects
Comment: I took these diet pills for about a week and noticed the following: 1) extreme amounts of energy (I could have run for hours), 2) I was not hungry--at all (this was great)! 3) inability to focus, 4) very nervous and easily upset--I became extremely irritated over little things and was acting irrational, 5) became uninterested in doing things I usually love--I literally had no feelings (good or bad) towards anything. Although I have no scientific proof that it was the pills that were causing this, it was quite alarming, and once I stopped taking them, everything returned to normal within a few days. I decided the bad definitely outweighed the good. I did not lose any weight on these pills, although with the amount of exercise I was getting and the sharp decline in calorie intake, I can imagine it would help me to lose weight quickly. Not sure how long I would have been able to keep it up though. Not worth it with those side effects!
