I am a large grandma and do not wear "regular-sized" panties (nor do many "regular sized" women! I would keep buying these pads(or another brand) IF THE FLEXI-WINGS WOULD REACH AROUND THE MIDDLE OF MY (ABOUT 4 INCH WIDE) PANTY MIDDLE AND STAY ATTACHED. The pads would be ideal if the wings would overlap and stay attached to each other without wadding up the pad.
