Summary: One of the better electrolyte drinks on the market
Comment: HEED works well for me. It has a mild taste that is easy to stomache. HEED seems to work the best for me when I bicycling for 2 hours or longer. I have tried/used Accelerade, Gatorade, and a host of other drinks on the market. Accelerade works okay, but it can upset my stomache when I am riding hard. I road ride regulary at high intesities so I need a product that keeps my energy up; HEED fits the bill.

Comment: This is a great alternative to sports drinks like gatorade and powerade. While the national brands tend to taste better and sell better, HEED has the complex carbs you need to keep moving along. Great for endurance runners; I've recommended it to my friends and they are slowly making the switch. Score one for the little guy.
