Summary: Not an Effective Applicator
Comment: The roll on uses the biofreeze gel. The roll on applicator does not apply enough gel to massage the affected part. The active ingredient in the gel is 3.5% menthol. The light coating provided by the ball does not provide enough active ingredient to the affected part. Sometimes the gel will stick to the inside of the bottle and not come into contact with the ball, further reducing effectiveness. Recommend trying the biofreeze spray or gel, but not in the roll-on applicator.

I have a bulging disc in my back and the pain radiates between my back and lower ankle and foot. My doctor gave me a sample to try and it really work! It relieved the throbbing and allow me greater mobility and now I use it on a regularly when I experience discomfort. I ordered this product and it arrived sooner than expected. Fast service and great delivery..will continue to order. I rate this product 4 stars.

But was corrected immediately by Tom ( From Recording Store )He took the time to call me ,collect information and then FOLLOW THRU to get the balance of my order to me in a timely fashion as well as address issue with the transportion carrier . Comment: I had tried this product in the past and hadn't been able to find it locally anywhere. I found it here on Amazon and I am lucky I found it again. It is fast, convenient and gives quick relief for you muscle aches and pains. I ordered it on June 5 , 2008 and received it yesterday (June 9, 2008 ) Great product and GREAT fast delivery and service.

Can be used as often as necessary - up to 4 times per day. The application can be applied pre-treatment to acute areas of muscle spasms to allow for a faster relaxation of muscle involvement and better treatment response. The roll-on is also a convenient application for the patient at home to continue care for these acute conditions. As a roll-on it also affords the office staff a very hygienic delivery system for applying Biofreeze to the patients.
