Comment: I am diabetic, so I ordered these vitamins a couple of months ago. They do seem to stabilize my blood sugar (I am not on insulin, just oral medication). I also seem to have a little more energy. I've had trouble finding a multi-vitamin that I liked, but I really like these little packets with several different pills, instead of having to buy each individual one seperatly, these are much easier to take.
