Summary: Contains iron
Comment: While this multi contains only a small amount of iron, it was gut wrenching even when I took it with food so I stopped taking it for a month and just recently started taking it again and have had no problems with the iron. The best thing is that they are easy to swallow and don't taste like much for the few seconds they're on your tongue unlike Twinlab's food based multi which I prefer but just couldn't stand the taste of.
