Summary: Great Eye Drops, Lousy Dispenser
Comment: I've had the same problem as John Z. It's hard to aim this dispenser into your eye without missing. Part of the problem is that the force required to push the bottom of the dispenser (which is how the drop is dispensed) results in moving the direction of the spray, & I'm hesitant to place the tip any closer to my eyes because I don't want to chance an accidental poke in the eye. I would estimate that one out of every three drops ends up in my eye, the other two drops miss my eye & end up somewhere else on my face. And my hands are not weak & I do not have tremors, so that's not the problem. The problem is the dispenser itself, which needs to be redesigned to allow an easier, smoother, less forceful pushing motion. The eye drops themselves are great, & help me more than any other product I've tried, & I have very dry eyes. They lubricate just to the right degree, & are not too thick to cause blurred vision or discomfort, as some other eye drops do. Overall, I recommend this product, even though it's wasteful, because I like the drops so much. Even with the wasted eye drops, this package is still cheaper per use than the single use droppers.

Summary: One of worst products out there
Comment: STAY AWAY! This 1 drop dispenser is an awful design. You feel like you are going to pop your eye out. The + reviews on here must be fake. I would give it a zero if I could. The solution is no better then the cheap Visine.

Summary: Read this if your eyes are severely dry
Comment: Pure Tears is the only thing I can use for my severely dry eyes. Even the more viscous drops such as Thera Tears gel contain ingredients that irritate my eyes. Somehow, Pure Tears doesn't bother me at all. I keep a bottle in my purse, in the car and by the bed. The cap is easy to pull off quickly at a stop sign when I'm driving. I never get too much or too little dropping from the Pure Tears bottle so I don't have the occasional liquid running down my cheek like I do with other drops.
My three complaints are that they don't make a smaller size, too, to fit in a pocket, it's quite expensive, and it's nearly impossible to find in the stores.
For anyone else with severely dry eyes, I've had success with Unisol saline (very difficult to find and expensive, too) and Clear Care contact cleaner. I also use a humidifier at night and vaseline in my eyes(just as good as the expensive opthalmic ointment if you change out a small container frequently and are scrupulously sanitary.) I take fish oil, too, though I'm not sure if it helps. Still trying to find a good eye makeup remover. The humidifier is the most helpful of all the above.

Summary: Dry eye relief
Comment: As a result of being put on atenolol I have reduced blood pressure and pulse rate, and greatly reduced eyeball pressure, but a side effect is reduced tear production. Since I already had low tear production, this has been a big problem. Most of the eye drops with preservatives irritate my eyes, and this drop in the single use vials is inconvenient. This product and this dispenser soothe my eyes and are very easy to apply.

Summary: Very Soothing for Dry Eyes
Comment: Winter is the only time my eyes feel very dry. I don't think I ever use drops any other season.
These drops are inexpensive and really refresh dry eyes.
Because of dry wintry, windy weather and indoor heating,I find myself reaching for these drops.
I love the relief they bring.
