Summary: Helps pain & sticks well
Comment: I have chronic upper back pain and this is one of the two over-the-counter patches that I have found that actually works. Believe me, I have tried everything I can find. I also have a prescription for Lidoderm patches and I actually prefer this OTC product. Unless you start sweating profusely, it will actually stick to you unlike the vast majority of patches. It is expensive but, if you can afford it, I would highly recommend giving it a try. Helpful to have someone else apply & help you take it off using baby oil.

Comment: HI , these plasters are worth the money. I am a professional dancer ( as well as a personal trainer, yoga and pilates instructor and nutritionist) and movement is my life. There have been a few times that I have had to wear them under a costumes in order to work and they gave me the support ( from the plaster) / gentle warmth ( from the flannel backing) I needed. I have given them to friends, family and clients and would recommend them to anyone who needed support, I even sleep with it on when necessary. hey, now and then everyone needs a little support. Finally , they are comfortable to wear and if you have a tan they will blend in with your skin.

Comment: This product helps me during work time, and travel time. I have a weak area in my lower back...this holds the muscles tight and gives me great relief..I have great trust in it to help me. I rate this one of the best products out for lower back pain.
