Summary: Great addition to your treatment program
Comment: I used to get several sinus infections every year. I've used sinus rinse for several years now and haven't had a sinus infection since. It is very soothing and really clears out my nose. I use 2 of these packets of the hypertonic mixture in the 16oz bottle. Some people like a higher concentration of the saline solution... I've found it to be very helpful, but it's up to the individual. One thing to keep in mind is that there are several causes of sinus irritation. Simply treating one may not help. For me it was a combination of treatment for sleep apnea & use of sinus rinse to solve my problems. Please consult your physician to make sure you are treating ALL your causes of irritation; and not just one. Only treating one may make things worse. I highly recommend discussing the use of Sinus Rinse with your DR.

Comment: If you already use the 8 oz bottle, try this solution in the morning if your using the 16 oz. The green packets are for the 16 oz bottle that is sold separately. It really works well especially if you need to clear out the gunk in your nose in the morning.

Summary: Best help for sinus infections without medications
Comment: My sinus was so bad, I had two surgeries in one year, and the sinus had eaten away the bone in my eye sockets. One sinus cavity had staph infection, and I was on extreme high doses of antibiotic. The ear, nose and throat specialist started my on this Neil Med's sinus rinse, which you use with distilled water. I have to do this twice a day, and if I miss, I will start to get an infection. My primary care physician has told me not to stop these rinses, as he cannot believe the changes in the relief of the infections. NeilMed has been a lifesaver to me and has become part of my daily routine. Great Product, my husband has allergies and when they start to act up, he rinses a couple of days, and it goes away. This is better than any sinus medications.
