Comment: I can't tell you how much I love LOVE this product.. this is the first time I have ever done a product review... I have Fibromalgia, extreme pain in my knees from arthritis, fluid, spurs, no cartlidge etc and I need surgery on both... with all the pain I have in my kidneys, spleen, knees, back and arms this product has helped me tremendously.. this is my 2nd order.. used the first bottle all up.. I love the roll on because it doesn't get on your hands like aspercreme or ben gay etc does.. I use to use Aspercreme which never really helped but was better than nothing.. now I will not be without Biofreeze... I recommend if you have pain in your legs, arms, back etc you at least try the 1 roll on pack for 5.00 ..

Summary: Helps with post-herpatic shingles pain
Comment: Using this 1-2 times a day has enabled me stop using the Rx pain patch, Lidoderm. This is in shoulder blade area where I've had 2 bouts of shingles. It relieves right away even if I just roll it on down about 6" from my neck. Getting it right on the shoulder blade takes a helper!
But I'm won over. Did not find any relief on some muscle pain I had but I have polymyositis, an inflammatory muscle disease, and no one knows why/when we get pains. ACL repaired knee is next.
I like it!

Can be used as often as necessary - up to 4 times per day. The application can be applied pre-treatment to acute areas of muscle spasms to allow for a faster relaxation of muscle involvement and better treatment response. The roll-on is also a convenient application for the patient at home to continue care for these acute conditions. As a roll-on it also affords the office staff a very hygienic delivery system for applying Biofreeze to the patients.
