Comment: I used to suffer from one bladder infection to another for many years. Even being on many types of antibiotics didn't help--it only made me insensitive to those antibiotics. A friend recommended that I start on AZO cranberry pills since it was what prevented her from getting chronic infections. She even gave me my first bottle of the product. I take two every morning.
AZO cranberry pills are indeed a miracle product. Since starting on AZO in October 2005, I have had only one bladder infection! Because I no longer take antibiotics for my bladder, the one infection was easily cleared up with a standard five-day dose of antibiotics!
Thank you Amazon and AZO for the great product. I just reordered a year's supply with free shipping too!

Summary: Preventive, Not Treatment
Comment: If you have any signs of UTI, get straight to a doctor. Go to an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room if you can't get to your doctor. UTIs can spread to be kidney infections which can permanently damage your kidneys.
Once I'm diagnosed, and on anti-biotics, then I appreciate cranberries - they make my digestive system feel better. I now plan to take cranberries daily, to lessen my chances of future infection.

Summary: It does WORK!
Comment: I felt an UTI coming on. And I know, because I have got UTI before. As reported from research that recurrent UTI can be prevalent for women who have got UTI at least once before. So I took 6 tablets (2,700mg) a day when I felt the oncoming UTI (as you will feel burning sensation when you urinate) as rec'd by bottle instructions (even though I did some research reading which states 900mg (2 tablets) was probably enough)and within half-hour to 2 hours, I felt that urination was dramatically not as painful as before. Certainly the research strongly points towards cranberry in its role for prevention of UTIs and limited research that indicated cranberry for treatment,...which in this case, I thought it worked for me!
