Comment: Fenugreek Seed 180 caps A newspaper columnist recommended fenugreek to help with diabetes. I am giving it a try! 6 capsules /day is lowest recommended dose, which what I am doing.

Summary: Great for lactating moms who need a boost
Comment: I am a new mother. My daughter was born premature and had bottles in the NICU so when I brought her home, she was not a very enthusiastic nurser. I was stuck in the supplementing cycle. She wouldn't eat well enough to be satisfied, when she quit she'd still be fussy and hungry, so I'd give her a couple ounces of formula to fill her up. I couldn't just let her fuss because she was less than 5 pounds when we brought her home from the hospital. As a result of my supplementation, after a couple months, my supply was low. I ordered this product and took 2 pills 3 times a day and it boosted my supply just enough that she was excited to nurse and would fill herself completely. I was worried that I would have too much foremilk and not enough of the good stuff, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It increased my supply perfectly!
