Summary: Tutu cute!
Comment: The tutu was not quite what I expected because it doesn't really have a waistband or panty section. But the size 2 fits well around my skinny 2-year-old's waist. She loves it and looks very cute in it. I think it was more of a real ballerina tutu than I'd realized, but it serves the purpose: to make my self-proclaimed "ballerina" feel like one!
