I like that these come with a pr of gloves and it is smaller than my last one-- but it kept coming unzipped on my keychain--so I took it off and put it in the doctors bag. I really want to find one that is the size of silver dollar ( the ones most nurses wear around their neck on their ID tags). I have never had to use this out in the field.
