Easy to install in minutes. No wires to deal with. Does the job efficiently and gives us access to the garage when we don't have a key. Saves me from being inadvertently locked out of the house.

Comment: We used to have the key switch on the side of our garage. We recently had an alarm system installed and one of the first things the installer did was tell us to remove it. When I asked why he showed me how easy it was to just pry the switch off of the garage and short the two wires together to open the door. I'd never thought about it. He recommended we install the wireless unit here. Amazon had a good price so I ordered it. Had it installed in about two minutes. "Training" it to our garage door opener was so easy I thought I'd missed something until it worked. The security issue is enough to make this worthwhile but boy is it convenient now when we want to open the garage and don't have keys because they're in the house. Well worth the money in my book. Comment: While I really didn't want to buy a new garage door opener, I was certainly pleased to find the exact same keypad $20 cheaper than the opener installer wanted to charge me. I am very pleased with the new keypad. Easy to install and use.
