Summary: This is what handhelds are for.
Comment: I bought this game not too long after it came out. I'm still playing it. If I take my PSP and only one game somewhere in anticipation of a little time to kill, there is a good chance that one game will be WTF.
If you've read this far, you know that WTF is a collection of minigames. My personal favorites are Buddha's Quest (a string of turn-based-RPG-style battles, gleefully ripping off the 8-bit era Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest battle system), Cliff Race 2000 (stop your car closer to the edge than your opponent; for some reason this game reminds me of Saturday morning cartoons) and its 2-player variant, Private Number (a Mastermind-type game, except instead of guessing colored pegs you're guessing the last four digits of a girl's phone number), and Caddy's Quest (move around an infinite golf course picking up golf balls and the occasional sea turtle egg).
And no, I still don't have all the trinkets. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go pick up some golf balls.

Comment: ... but I can't put this stupid game down! I spent almost an hour just putting the caps on pens and buying stupid plastic figures out of a gumball machine.
This is one of those time-waster type games that keep you hooked for reasons you aren't even fully aware of. Some of the games include sorting baby chickens into groups (male, female and "Heaven," and god forbid you send a live one into the Heaven pile), punching flying coffee cups, catching baseballs, cutting dedication ceremony ribbons while intoxicated, splitting wood (please don't split the cute animals!) and a bunch of other very bizarre stuff. For jobs completed, you get a paycheck ranging anywhere from a few cents to a couple bucks.
Then you go blow your paycheck on capsule toys and new minigames. Lather, rinse, repeat. And I can't wait to get home from work to do it all again.

Comment: This game is awful, but I found myself playing it for hours! Why why why! You do "work" (capping pens, sorting chickens, making pots, wrestling) for a paycheck. Then you take that paycheck to get useless figurines or new "games" as in new "work." The work is usually quite grueling, but for some reason I still continued to play for hours! When I made my first $50, I put it into the $50 vending machine and got....a figurine. But did that deter me from continuing to play? No!
Some of the games are really hard like "Run Like Hell." But there's something terribly motivational about working really hard and trying to win new games to try out. I feel a little sad that I will cap 1000 pens just for $20. But I figure, if I've played it for hours, I obviously was having fun, right?

Summary: Strangest Game I Have Ever Played
Comment: WTF for the PSP is definitely the strangest game I have ever played. I bought it on a whim at Toys R Us. It was priced at $9.98, but since it was on the clearance rack, it was an additional 20% off, so I got it for $7.98. I have a hard time resisting games priced in that price range. Like another reviewer, I had no idea what to think of this game when I first picked it up, and it took me a little while to figure out how to buy more than the first 4 games ("Jobs") that were already loaded for me to play. I have to say, after now playing it for a few hours, this compilation of games is not only strange, but strangely addicting. From wood chopping to putting caps on ink pens, it's amazing how addicting these mini-games are. It's like playing WarioWare Microgames with a slightly darker twist. Some of the visuals are downright strange. I find the baseball game to be very difficult, but for the most part, the other mini-games that I have played are enjoyable. I would NOT pay more than $20 for this game, but if you find it on clearance, it's a definite must buy. ENJOY! :)

Summary: Perfect game for the PSP
Comment: This is a fun collection of about 40 bizarre mini games. You start with only a few games that you play to earn money which you can spend in vending machines to receive trinkets, tools, and more games.
Most of the games the novelty wears off after playing a few times, however there are several games that are fun and addicting.
I find myself playing WTF when I have 10-15 minutes to kill.
